Pros - beautiful room and bathroom, reception and coffee area. The design here is simplistically stunning. Hot shower, comfortable bed. Jackie and her team were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, eg arranging motorbike rental, taxis, ferries, gave us a map on arrival. We emailed before our arrival for advice on how to get there and Jackie replied really promptly. They were happy to answer any questions. Fresh, dry towels everyday. We nipped to the shops one morning and came back - within half an hour our room had been made up. As the island is largely Muslim it can be tricky getting alcohol, however The Simple is fully stocked with cold beer should you need it. Laundry came back promptly and smelling delightful!
Cons - not really many. We found Koh Yao Noi a little expensive compared to the rest of southern Thailand. The beaches also aren’t the best. However, both of these are totally unrelated to how great this hotel was - there are just no other cons I can think of!
