Marvelous customer service

The hotel isnt fully ready until June so we had the option of staying elsewhere, which was quite convenient for us going around Bangkok. Monica, the hotel customer service manager arranged another reservation for us and went beyond the expected kind of care for her guests.

No sleep allowed
The rooms had no sound proofing. People kept slamming their doors the entire night. Stray cats’ mating calls added to the unrest. Location was good. Staff were friendly.

Hotel facilities and everything were good and very value for money, but the streets outside were dimly lit and it was quite scary to walk back to the hotel at night

Awesome service with an a clean, brand new hotel! Near to two BTS stations and a 7/11 down the road of your on a budget.

Good Hotel
Overall, the hotel is quite good. the staffs are friendly. The location is a distance away from the nearest train station, but its walking distance if you don't mind.

Clean and comfort hospitality in the city center of Bangkok
