It’s a new place, thus things are new and clean! Spacious room & good selection of tv channels! The bed & pillows were really comfortable!!
Breakfast is provided and each morning, my son and I are greeted by very friendly staff! Kudos to Monica, Jacky, Kobi and Sam!! On the last day as I had to head to the airport very early to catch my flight, Sam even prepared a take away box of breakfast for my son who could not wake up in time for breakfast!
Monica at the front desk was very friendly and offered me advise and tips on places to go in Bangkok. She also loaned me an international adapter, so that I could charge my phone.
A downside to our stay however is the internet connection.. which they promised will look into the matter. We were able to log in but gets disconnected a few minutes later. And each log in, we gets kick out again.. so that was abit frustrating. But other than that, all things are great! Excellent service!! Highly recommended!
