Excellent Staff

I had a great stay at Vela Hotel. The room was perfectly clean and breakfast was great. Within walking distance to restaurants and the big shopping malls. The pool was a little small and the hotel isn't quite finished being renovated but this was made up by the staff. They bent over backwards to make sure my stay was comfortable. i had an issue where I left something meaningful in a previous hotel in Thailand and Sam who works there went out her way to make sure my item was returned to me. She even did this in her own time. Friendliest hotel staff I came across i during my time in Thailand. Keep up the good work.

Inside the room cannot make hot water..Want to take hot water must go down to lobby..

Hospitality if th staff is the most unexpected. They have very good English and very helpful
One thing unsatisfied is the Balcony is unable to open which is weild and useless
