Exceptional hotel

Excellent service, friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms. Free tuktuk ride to MBK and nearby BTS. The staff were one of a kind people, very professional and helpful the entire duration of our stay and made us feel very welcome. 100% recommend this hotel.

Overall is good except the location is a but far away from BTS

Great service, a bit far from BTS
Clean room, great service from staff. Takes 10 mins to walk from Ratchathewei station but everyday from 10am to 7pm there is free shuttle service to National Stadium BTS station. Would have been nicer... อ่านต่อ

New hotel, firm bed and large firm pillow
1. Wifi have to login every time coming back to hotel 2. Very basic breakfast 3. Out door pools mainly for kids

完全被误导
每层才16间房间，才三层。 酒店好小，房间好小，泳池很迷你。怎么也不像四星酒店，被误导很大。 房间小，洗脸盆的位置也小，洗澡水忽热忽冷，隔音差，门外的声音也听得一清二楚。 房内没热水壶或咖啡，需要就下餐厅拿很不方便。 早餐三天几乎都是一样，一样没有选择。不过味道算是不错的。 房间是干净的，服务人员有礼貌的。 基本上用了马币两百多块一晚在曼谷有更多好的选择。
