Good hotel but poor staff

Overall it was a good stay but the front desk staff is slow to attend to guests. Had to stand and wait for a long time before being able to check in. I should not have to wait because I paid for a really expensive suite. Also since I was staying at the Executive Apartments there should be a separate desk for this.

Clean, luxurious, great location
