Convenience and comfort

So I wouldn't give this hotel five stars - maybe 4.5 - but it has pretty much all you need. Neighborhood is good; gym is good enough; staff is very nice. I keep going back.
I also keep telling them that the elevators need to be reprogrammed so they're not always in exactly the wrong place but that doesn't change!!
