Noisy boats on the river

All family rooms face the river. The taxi boats are extremely noisy. The staff could not tell us what time the boat traffic ends and when it starts. Had to book an additional room on the side facing the road. Turns out there were no boats from 10 PM till 9AM. Had the staff been able to give us this information we would not have had to book the additional room.
