ruined over lack of nice touches

it's a nice new hotel, however it is an expensive hotel! and while the room was nice and breakfast was great. they do not offer complimentary shuttle.or airport transfer for the price you pay. they also will not let you take the shuttle service the moment you check out. which is a bit... considering I pay so much and they already have a shuttle service running. wpuld be nice touch if they offered shuttle service to staff who had just check out considering how far the hotel is and not just make us pay for taxi the moment we settle the bill. pool isn't that big or great either, just average
