aside from the staff that friendly , all consider very dissapointed

when we reached there, the office is closed and we need to wait almost 20 minutes for office desk to be open , despite have stated there office hour from 8 am - 5 pm (we reached around 2 pm). once they gave us the room, we already had the problem. They provided us the room with the toilet bowl have stain of fungus / mold. we have request new room due to this. we stayed for 2 nights. Toilet bowl look good but we didnt know actually is not well function until the last night of our staying there, when we use it the toilet. During the check in , the staff mentioned to us that if there is emergency after office hour, we can reach out the security guard and he will call them. So when we have this problem , we went to security guard to reported it, find out the security guard could not understand english at all , and he didnt know the contact number to reach out. it was really unhappy experience that we had with this resort.

An enjoyable short break away with the family.

Comfortable stay
The best European breakfast we've ever had outside Bangkok. Large and clean room and a romantic mountain view from the rooftop in the evening.

Stay was fine. They need more signage to make the hotel easier to find, it is not beach front.
