it is overrated

location : it's stand alone building ,far from Chaweng beach, you will need to pay extra money for taking taxi to going out.free shuttle not flexible enough to meet up customer's need.

Cleanliness : bathroom smell bad, the restaurant was full of flies till you can't enjoying your breakfast .

Staff performance : impolite, not helpful.

Room :hard bed, the air conditioner making loud sound.

it's shouldn't rate as 4 star hotel, it's only 2 star or lower.

Excellent staff
