Somewhat let down

The hotel location is EXCELLENT no doubt there. The hotel staff was very friendly and courteous. There was really only 3 issues that I had, other than those the stay was amazing. First, the bathtub was built up higher than the floor so you have to step over and then down to get out which with wet feet may be a little dangerous. If there was a support bar on the wall to hold on to while getting in and out that would be a large improvement. Second, the wifi while free was incredibly unreliable and was constantly dropping. Third and final was insects. There was about a 1/4" gap between the window and the wall of our room which left us with more mosquito bites than we were hoping for on the trip. I'm not sure what to suggest as a fix for this, possibly seal the wall-window with clear silicone caulk. As stated above other than those three things the stay was great.

Great stay at Chaweng Noi Pool Villa

New hotel in good location
