Not what it looks like

My husband and I booked this hotel for our trip. we were extremely disappointed in the services they provided from the minute we got there. The staff & manager were both rude to us. It was late, we had just spent all day traveling to get to the place, and they were not very welcoming. we checked into our room, the room is very basic, the private pool is not so private as its in front of the villa and everyone can see.it was very basic and looked very different to pictures they have online of the villa. OH and best of all we saw 2 cockroaches. we ran out of that hotel the same night, cancelled out 5 day booking. So worth it leaving the place and going to a much more nicer resort type of place, which was the same price.

Not happy with the services they provided, the staff and the attitude. Will definitely not be recommending this place to anyone.
