Pretty place, but had rats in the room

The receptionists were very impolite. We asked for room service because our young baby needed to sleep, Also, the receptionist asked for IDs from both of us when I was the only one who booked and that is all that's required for booking. She kept persisting we must show more ID, then finally relented. They took my passport and looked through each page as if they were suspicious. We were very uncomfortable there. Will not go back.
