First time staying in the middle of the action on Walking Street and a super convenient location at that, especially walking back from Insomnia/Ibar late at night while everybody takes a motorbike taxi drunk home, I just stumble back. Basic room, nothing to impress, but quiet enough for a decent sleep. Cleaning staff was friendly. The only issue I would have is that you always have to take out the key and lock the door, so you can't charge your laptop/devices when away from the room or leave the aircon on for the room to be cool when coming back. It's a low cost budget hotel that suited my needs for the last trip. Plus, like most hotels, all Thai girls have to leave their IDs at the front desk. Another budget option would have been Secrets Hotel nearby, but I couldn't deal with the stairs every night walking back drunk. P72's elevator always worked so no need for drunken stair climbing in the morning.

Surprisingly good

Decent stay in the center of it all
Literally 50 feet from walking street. Great location in the "thick" of it. It's also "joiner/guest" friendly, and the room was actually decent. It's in the building adjacent to it, and the style ... อ่านต่อ

Excellent Quality and Location

On the best place of Pattaya - Walking Street.
Excellent location, right on Walking Street, but due to Budha Day, the clubs were closed this time. You can park your car in Dream Hotel's courtyard.
