Terrible customer service - reception/check-in

The check in process was poor and not very accommodating. I greeted the check in lady and without looking at me, she demanded to see passport and reservation information while never made eye contact. When I asked for a non smoking room, I was told that all rooms are smoking rooms. The room I was assigned to was closer to the walking street on the second floor (210) was very loud, even with ear plugs - I could hear everything below and across the street. Request a higher floor away from the street if you want a good night rest. The safe wasn’t working so I asked for assistance, I was told that the maintenance guy is not available until later. I promptly requested to speak with the manager and of course the maintenance guy showed up within seconds. I do have a feeling that the people work there don’t want to be there. Anything that I asked, their reply automatic reply will be NO. Otherwise their rooms are nice and clean.

ask extra charges for everything
we already booked 3 rooms for 6 person but when i check in only 5 person and need a meeting with 1 local guest he charged 500 Bhat for that its not fare and hotel executive behavior is not good please... อ่านต่อ

Second Stay

Room can get noisy
Sleepless night since my room faced the walking street. Music doesn't stop till 7am

it was a great place to stay right in the middle of all the action you could'nt pick a better spot and the saff food and service was more then i could ask for
