Insulted and abused by staff

First day reception_a poker faced staff,un cooperative,didn't care to answer my simple questions,literally threw the key on my face. Local temperature 36,no fridge in the room. Second day in the cafeteria ,very rude behaviour amounting to abuse.i have photo of the dirty material floating on top of my coffee.sample tasted using spoon,tasted salty.Leaving to your imagination.slapped a plate indent of me containing part of breakfast,the other part left on the opposite side of the table and she walked away I had to get up from my seat to collect the rest.All the staff watching closely throughout smirking and laughing. I have never felt insulted like this in my 40 years of world trotting. My advise KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
