1st time in Pattaya

Stayed 3 night in the new wing which is just beside the P.72 old wing hotel. Need key card to open the main door before getting into lift, good security. Request for a high floor but got 2nd floor instead, got no view from room and no balcony..Disappointing. The air-con was not cold and have to on the whole night.( my friend room was freezing ). Please kindly upgrade your pillows, they are the worst I ever slept. Location was awesome, 30 meters from walking street main road. And the noise level was okay.

Good for location
