An Average Hotel

1. Overall hotel location was excellent. 2. Room phone was not working, when asked reception they said hotel telephone system was being repaired, but at reception they were using telephone. 3, Toilet wooden door need fixing, unable to lock as you had to slam the door hard to lock 4. No tea/coffee facilities available in room . no kettle to even boil water if you intend to make your own coffee (3 in 1 mix bought from 7 eleven for example). 5. Both Recept and Restaurant staff need to be more trained to be guest friendly and in guest relation 6. They simply get annoyed when you clarify something with them, and or try to explain on your meal orders 7. hotel can be considered for cheap accomodation if you need to only stay few days

BAD SERVICE at breakfast 3 times. The shower head barely worked and water only trinkled out. The pillows were lumpy and very uncomfortable. I guess you get what you pay for. I would never use this hot... อ่านต่อ
