Basic bungalows in the centre

This is very basic accommodation smack in the middle of things; a bungalow is a small room with a bed and a table, and a very basic bathroom. The price is a bit high for this kind of place, but then Pai is a pricy destination, especially in winter. You can walk all around the town from here, there are lots of restaurants and massage salons around. Be aware that the streets leading up to the guesthouse are closed for traffic from 6 to 10 p.m. (for the night market) so you can't reach it by car if you come during this period.

Really, really chilled!

Nice place in quiet surroundings.
A little away from the main drag so not so noisy. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Good location just off walking street.
Only stayed two nights and everything was fine. Staff always pleasant and helpful.

Okish
Ok but lacking in amenities...no tv fridge..etc. Flaky wifi. There are far better options for the price in Northern Thailand...Though probably ok for Pai..
