Amazing Service

We stayed at Pura Vida for a few nights in Jan. The owner was super friendly and accomodating and made us feel at home from the second we arrived. Unfortunately my partner got sick during our stay and the owners went out of their way to ensure she was comfortable and had everything she needed. The rooms were clean and the facilities were excellent. The location is close enough to Pai to be convenient but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. When we had to change to another resort (my fault I should have booked more nights at Pura Vida before it filled up) the owners, again, went above and beyond with their service and they personally drove my girlfriend with our luggage to the new resort. Absolutely excellent service and I will not hesitate to recommend Pura Vida to anyone who travels to Pai!

The Pura Vida is just great - yes it is a little away from the center, but in Pai we would suggest to rent a bike anyway - so it took us just 3 minutes to be where all the shops and restaurants are - ... อ่านต่อ

Value for money

Clean room beautiful view
