Our room was was infested with ants and cobwebs. When I went to the reception to ask if they could do something about the ant problems they were very helpful and offered to move us to another room but had no more family rooms so offered us 2 rooms instead. However, I feel my kids are too young to have their own hotel room so reluctantly stayed where we were. They said when we go out for the day they’d send two cleaners in to remove all our belongings from the room and spray the room and clean it from top to bottom. We returned that evening to find the cobwebs still there (having explained where they were) and seeing ants still crawling all over the walls and the beds! I like a firm bed but these beds are as firm as you can get, like sleeping on a douvet on the floor. This hotel seems geared towards Thai people with very limited English speaking staff, Breakfast has limited choices for westerners and no cereal for the children, also zero English speaking tv channels in the room!
