Basic and good

I want to give this place six stars for Value for money. It is very basic, it is almost centrally located (5-10 min walk from CentralPlaza) and it offers no frills. But the beds are firm without being hard, the water pressure is good and the shower gets reasonably hot. The cleaning crew is doing a good job. I've stayed here several times as it is the best choice for the money.

Great Hotel
Staff very efficient, wi-fi works very well, location is outside the center but 10-15 walk to everything. Street food, coffee, 7-11, all within a minute or two walking. Will surely stay at UD House ag... อ่านต่อ

Good value
Good value hotel However, I spotted a cockroach in the room and the toilet floor was wet after it was cleaned by housekeeping.

Good Place and Good Value for money. Clean and tidy and check in/out efficient.

Neat and tidy.
Good access on the No. 9 songthaew to get downtown. Lots of food places nearby and a Café Amazon across the road.
