Good hotel.
We stayed in this hotel twice. The first experience was great. The hotel is located just beside the harbor mall, which is full of entertainment for kids, considering we have 2.
But the 2nd experience was horrible!
The manager is totally, utterly horrible!
Upon booking , I specifically called and booked for baby cot and was assured one.
However, when we arrived, the staff told us that their only baby cot was damage.
She rang up the manager and then told us that everything will be in order. They will be replacing a new one in no time. She told us to go for our shopping and the baby cot will be ready when we return.
Upon returning, the staff told us they were unable to get a baby cot for us.
The manager then came.
Instead of apologizing, She basically laugh when I tried to explain that my 8th month boy is unable to sleep without a baby cot, she then told us it was impossible for baby not sleep without baby cot. The problem lies with our parenting skill. And don’t have means don’t have, We can either return to our room or we can check out if we want to.
Note that this was like 23:00!!
We were basically asked to leave the hotel by the manager at 23:00!!
Knowing it’s pointless reasoning out with this female manager, we decided not to continue our stay and we packed and leave.
The counter lady was kind enough to help us request for a refund from Agoda.
Never return to this hotel ever.
