Apart from the manager Sarah, it seems like the rest of the staff can’t do anything right. Barely conversant in English, crappy attitude just like those Pattaya bus ticket vendors, half the time not understanding what I was trying to convey. Wifi was down when I checked in, when I said I needed to call for a Grab, they just shrugged & pointed me to their “partner” vehicles, which obviously cost a tad more than Grab. Zero PR skills. Only the manager had the problem solving mind to tether her data to me for said purpose. Key card faulty, went down to ask for another, staff came back up with me to tap the same card. Succeeded after 30s, and told me it’s working fine. Tried again but same thing happened. I said just gimme a new card, problem solved. Oh no Sir we only have one key card per room. A hotel with just a fixed key card for each room. Let that sink in. Not to mention when u ask sth in English, the staff will then proceed to converse amongst themselves in Thai, and then just keep quiet after. Do I have to ask again? But then what can I ask for with this sorta price.
