First of all it looks nothing like the nice images you see on Agoda. Most of those images are computer generated - the place isn't even finished yet! Where you think there will be nice palm tress is just barren wasteland. No pool bar or food - they falsely advertised that. Bed sheets not changed during my 8 night stay.Toilet stinks. Housekeeping went through my friend's luggage to recover a miniature bath foam bottle that he had hid away so that they would supply a new one (as you expect in any hotel, daily replenishment of items like these) the reason he did this was because the hotel management are too cheap even to supply a bar of soap... so we had to wash our hands with bath foam which quickly ran out. Going through someone's luggage to recover this is THEFT and is not acceptable. Same story with toilet roll, only one roll supplied each day. 200 baht hotel tuk tuk to beach is a joke - way too expensive. Falsely accused of stealing a towel on check-out. AVOID THIS HOTEL!
