Very good

I enjoyed staying here for 2 nights right next to Phuket old town. The rooms are big and great value for money. The front rooms have a nicer balcony and view, while the back rooms (which I took) have a tiny balcony with no view but are super quiet. The staff are delightful and helpful. Short walk to sights, restaurants, museums, and airport bus. Highly recommend.

Totally the tops. Ideal location for entertainment and Patong beach. Cannot fault any thing at this hotel. Also quite area. Would recommenced.

Best Value for Money
Best location, best rates, neat and clean rooms, closer to old Town. If you will take balcony room you will have to bear traffic noise but overall the town view was awesome from Windows.

Good stay with breakfast.. Property is just beside the road. Breakfast options were good. Overall value for money. Staffs are very friendly as all the people in the country.
