Beds and pillows SUPER uncomfortable!

We stayed here three nights, when we arrived the reception area was really posh and well kept, spotlessly clean and the staff were all lovely and friendly! When we got to the room it stank of cigarettes! We didn't realise we'd booked a smoking room as it wasn't clear on the site. Then the beds. Oh my god they were so uncomfortable and the pillows were like slabs of concrete!! After trying to sleep and get comfy for an hour we gave up and went to reception to request more pillows. Paid 20 Bahts for two more pillows, one was lovely and soft, one was like concrete so it was a fight to the death between my partner and me as to who deserved the comfy pillow more! I wouldn't stay here again and would only suggest staying here for one or two nights max! But again, the staff were lovely and friendly and any questions we had they were happy to answer for us!

Location close to the pier. Cheap, clean and fast.

Good value, great position
Nice clean basic hotel ( no lift) in great location close to sea, food and clothing shops, supermarket, night market and ferry terminals. Excellent value
