Nice and comfortable room, although people in the room across the hall were smoking so the smell travelled into our room which wasn't very pleasant. Staff forgot to put soap in the room before we arrived (we assumed they didn't provide any, it was provided the second day) but I'm sure if we went down to reception we would have been given some. Only problem was a miscommunication when we asked to book a taxi to the bus station, we asked for 12pm but somehow it ended up being 2pm (although we had clarified the time the day before), the lady on reception when we checked out was apologetic (it wasn't her that booked it) and promptly called a taxi for us.
