Very happy

This was our sixth visit to this hotel and yet again we were very happy with our stay resulting in this new review and upping from a 4 star rating to 5 star. Yes this isn't a five star hotel but having stayed here many times now we feel it deserves it for a range of reasons;
Exceptional staff who are welcoming, accommodating and quick to resolve any issues. Large rooms serviced daily by courteous cleaners. Centrally located. Rooftop pool & Jacuzzi with gym, sauna, steam. Luggage storage. Satellite TV. Comfortable beds. Kitchenette and washing facilities. Balcony.
We were given access to the rooftop facilities when we were too early for check in as well as when we had checked out and waiting to leave for our late flight. That is brilliant customer service and we will surely be back again. We have nothing bad to say about this hotel and are always made to feel welcome.

Great suit, very spacious and clean.

Excellent place

Fantastic hotel
Great hotel a little far from Arab street where halal food is available but hotel was new very neat and clean and staff was very accomodating.tuk tuk service was available
