Good cooling system. Nice view from rooftop

Everything was clean, room service came at least once a day.
The pool on the top is great. You could hang around there for the whole day.
You are 5 min away from a big shopping mal (Terminal 21)
Laundry was pretty expansive in my opinion, because you pay per piece.
The personal was very friendly and they tried to help whenever they could.
But in a 4-5 star hotel I expect that they are able to speak a very good english. But in the end they could always understand our problems.
