Highly Recommended this resort but hygiene is a MUST

We first booked 2 nights to Deluxe Pool Access room and it was great. We wanted to extend the same room but we weren't able to get it since no availability. Hence, we extend another 4 nights to a higher room Junior Pool Suite. Everything is good, Room Service might want to put more food varieties esp for long stay. Buffet Breakfast is also nice. But our disappointment was during the check-out, they were looking for the one pair of bedroom slippers that was lost (dunno where was it) and chase us and asked to pay for it, those are supposed to be complimentary esp for 5 star hotel, this is because a slippers should not be re-use for hygienic purposes. The should know this as standard if they claim to be 5 star. BUt overall, our stay was great!

Fun pool
