The hotel is new and generally nice/modern, staff were friendly but there were still some small teething problems in terms of operations. The safe was locked when we first checked in and we had to call them to unlock it. The body wash was already empty when checked in was never refilled throughout our 3-night stay, even when we left it uncapped to signal to housekeeping that it was empty they just recapped it without filling it. Found the pools to be a little small. But overall the stay was pleasant
