nice hotel, close to the pier

we booked the room the night before we went to Koh Lipe, since it's close to the pier. we got a free room upgrade as the room we booked was not available. room was clean and nice, bathroom as well. the room however was very clairaudient, you could hear when other guests walked the stairs to their room and woke us up. Beside that all was fine.
