Peaceful, relaxing setting with attentive service

We drove to Ko Lanta, and were lucky to not have too much of a delay waiting for the 2 ferries to the island, this lengthy journey does at least cut out the thousands of 1 or 2 night tourists that flock to Phuket.
The island has a nice quiet atmosphere, not too much traffic, not too many people.
The resort is well built, beautifully laid out, and very peaceful, although at present there is construction work towards the back of the resort which does affect 1 or 2 villas.
Buffet Breakfast is well organised and did not seem overcrowded whilst we were there,
Plenty of comfortable loungers by the pool and on the beach, with helpful staff in attendance.
This resort is expensive, but worth the extra for the level of service received and peaceful atmosphere.
