a small luxury hotel in all aspects
I absolutely loved the hotel, because of it's attention for detail and it's beautiful decoration and stunning garden. However, their were a few minors:
1) they are building next door's, so ask to be away from the construction works with your room.
2) rooms are relatively small for a hotel of this category.
3) slow service in Full Moon restaurant and during breakfast. When I finally got my latte, my breakfast was almost finished. In Full Moon restaurant I had one great dining experience and the second went completely wrong: cold food, underseasoned, san pelligrino and white wine were served half warm, because of problems with their fridge, and after me commenting all this I got a poisonous reaction from the staff if their was nothing wrong with me???
I complained at guest relations and was offered a bottle of red wine, which is a nice gesture, but those things shouldn't happen in such a hotel in the first place.
Furthermore I had a nice stay here in the hotel. You have everything you could wish for in the room: in-room slippers, slippers for the pool/beach, umbrellas, bathrobes, yoga mat, extensive choice in the minibar, tv with dvd player, 2 small bottles of complimentary water daily as well as fresh fruit...
In their library you can borrow books and there is free internet. Internet in the rooms has to be paid and is rather expensive.
Food and drinks in the hotel are expensive and there is better options in the nearby fisherman's village.
