Poor service

Poor service, the marketing staff showed long face when we refused to buy the hotel package after their 3 hours presentation. No welcome from the spa receptionist on our arrival and departure. The front desk lady did not listen to us when we found the bill was charged incorrectly but kept arguing with us that they made no mistake.
