Great hotel but disappointing housekeeping

My friend and I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was within walking distance to two beaches and plenty of dinner options. The breakfast was completely average and our bed was pretty uncomfortable. The most disappointing part was the housekeeping. They didn't change our sheets at all while we were there and I had a concerning red stain by my side of the bed that wasn't from me. They also didn't give us new spoons after I used it to make coffee and eat some fruit I bought at the market. On the last day, we didn't receive any waters. So it was a good hotel, but housekeeping made me wonder how clean everything was.

Great location

Excellent!
My favourite place to stay in Ao Nang. Wonderful happy staff and lovely rooms with pool access. Location is excellent and a good breakfast each morning. Will definitely be returning!
