Room and service

I gave my phone to the counter, then they didn't return your phone back, and don't remind us or call us about the phone had left there with them. They just ignored. There was no water in the room. The air con is very dusty. No shampoo no soap only conditioner. The pillow is to small and to soft. It was bad experience here. Especially my phone, if I don't call to my own phone. They would keep it.
