ดีเยี่ยม

We booked for transfer from the airport to hotel but it didn't come and we had to take a taxi. It was quite upsetting as we were all very tired.The GM welcomed us and apologized for the inconvenience caused. They paid for our taxi fare and upgraded us to a very nice villa. It was the butler that was amazing. He took care of us very well. I thank Yid for his excellent service.
