Great location but hard to get to and bad food

Enjoyed beautiful beach right by resort, proximity to other restaurants and quietness of area. Did not enjoy fact that food on site is very average and very expensive (e.g. USD 5 for a fresh coconut taken off the tree!) but luckily you can have better priced and less westernized food next door at Jasmine restaurant). Also, staff was not particularly helpful or friendly and all activities are expensive...don't expect the hotel to help you get a decent deal on taxi boats, they seem to be all in it together to milk the customers. Wifi works fine in lobby but not in rooms.

Relaxing

decoration is good, faclity is bad
Decoration of the bedroom is very good and pretty, however, the faclity is very bad. For example, no ventilating fan in bathroom/toilet, shower is not fresh water, no place to hang clothes in balcony ... อ่านต่อ

Beach, sun and secluded hotel
Great hotel but we had no idea it was so far from all the action! Fantastic for a couple or a small family getaway but not for a group of young people. Bars shut at 10pm and the whole place was desert... อ่านต่อ
