Need immediate rennovation !

Good Location just 50 m from the beach and everything is walkable distance. Not very clean: sofa in lobby are dirty and many flies around, room is big and nice, sofa in the room not clean. Breafast minimal and not very fresh, fruit with flies on and melted cheese...not match choice. Staff is cordial and welcoming but not everyone speak english. Swimmin pool is nice but quite dangerous , many wood strips in the pool are broken and there is an high risk of tripping over...not very safe especially for kids and old people! gym equipment not working and some equipments are broken! roof garden not accessable ! need immediate rennivation, lack of maintenance. This is a 2 star resort ! Quite disappointing, and i suggest that pics in Agoda should be at least from the current year and no photoshopped!
