Good location & helpful Mger but facilities in serious need of renovation

I think the title summarizes quite well. On the positive side, location was great (beach front), Manager Linsley was friendly, present and helpful, place was kept clean and staff were friendly (though English level was poor). On the negative end, one can expect some corrosion due to proximity with ocean but here the facilities just felt abandoned. It's too bad because with a serious paint job, some minor renovation and some simple additional decoration, the place would get its soul back and become attractive again.

Good Location
Good location with pool leading straight to the pool. Very convenient. Breakfast could have been better but it was still good.

Hotel close to the beach
Very relax and enjoying food, nice and clean beach including night life.

A very nice hotel, in nice quiet surrounds
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with the exception of the Buffet breakfast. The quality was very ordinary and, most times,items were not replenished, as they were used.

Room was good. Breakfast and gym can be improved.
Breakfast choices limited. Gym was basically just an air con room as treadmill and other machines were not functioning.
