Idyllic jungle retreat on the beach

this is probably the priciest yet also the nicest hotel in the most quiet location on ko phi phi. it was my 5th time on phi phi and my second time here. zeavola is perfect to escape from it all for a few days, especially as a couple. you kick off your shoes at check-in and don't wear them until the day you leave. it is not cheap, yet you pay for the location, the attention for detail, the spaciousness. we enjoyed the pink sunsets on the hotel's bean bags while sipping a cocktail.
people who need a busy nightlife should not stay on this beach as it is really mellow and quiet in the evenings.
booking snorkeling or dive trips through the hotel is expensive. breakfast is nice with lots of choices although i think for this price range, they should offer guests better coffee. even the cappuccino from their coffee machine was quite weak.
