I cannot say enough good things bout our short 2 day stay at this lovely hidden gem of a resort. First off, the location is incredibly serene and the ambiance is very peaceful. You don't want to yell, drink or move too quickly, something about this place is very calming. Starting with reception giving us cold herbal towels upon arrival and a local flower drink, to the server at the restaurant remembering our names, everything was perfect. We had the smallest villa and I've never stayed anywhere quite like this. There are no walls to the living area, just bamboo blinds that you can roll up and down, and the bedroom is enclosed by walls and has AC. It is literally both a tropical 'roughing it' paradise and upscale luxury in one. Every night someone got our room ready for sleep by putting the mosquito net down and leaving a relaxing scented candle in the bathroom. While here, I urge you to get a treatment at the spa. Exceptional service and reasonable prices. We will be back!

Nice retreat from the hustle of Tonsai
