Delusional people stay at this place

I advice not to miss out this review despite all the positive reviews this place has been getting.
No offense to anyone particular, but anyone who reviewed this place as amazing is most likely of older generation, not so well-traveled or has never actually stayed in a true 5 star hotel.
Let me start with the staff. The staff is pretending to be nice at face value and use a very condescending way of speaking. This is not like anything I have ever seen in Thailand (and mind you I have been to Thailand 13 times; its like my 2nd home). At check-out we got a "check out right here, passport ready please" in an aggressive tone.
The breakfast is disgusting, flies are literally everywhere (on the fruit, in the juice jugs, on the rotis) with no fly traps, no mosquito repellents anywhere. Do some research and see how much bacteria 1 fly carries; its absolutely disgusting.
When confronting management, the answer is: "embrace nature hahaha".
Don't be delusional, stay in Krabi, Phuket, Samui

Styleful cosy charming hotel
Wonderful special charming hotel. Nice crews. Amazing location in the nature like a dream. Just you have to prepare for the mosquito bite.
