Good hotel, poor customer service

The rooms were lovely and the roofside pool was excellent, however we felt a bit let down by the customer service. We were not expecting the world but we asked for an extra tea bag and told we weren't allowed, then asked for food on the roof and were told it wasn't allowed only to see them serve other people the next day! Just had a feeling they couldn't really be bothered.

Old hotel
Hotel is very old. They just didn't repair stuff... it just stays broken. A/C is very noisy. Wifi is very bad, disconnects all the time. Rooms are quite clean but everything looks old. TV not showing ... อ่านต่อ

modern and comfortable room but aircon didn't work
