A Business Experience

This is a business hotel disguised as a "boutique" hotel or resort. It has a very "efficient" feeling to it. I really liked the pool on the roof, but the hotel is located on the main street of the island (like a highway) and is far from the beach. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I should probably mention that I did not care for Samui at all. Extremely touristy!

nice place for money, but horrible staff
had a very unpleasant experience with a few different staff members. made me feel very unwelcome and worse, uncormfortable. will never go back

Generally OK.
Acceptable if you don't drive there. Carpark was fully/fulltime occupied by laundry company. Parking lots were fully occupied by laundry company trucks!

It was OK. It was not as nice as it was advertised
It was not very pleasant. The staffs weren't helpful or cooperative. The rooms were fine and not as it was advertised.

Good location and top pool for an average hotel.
I Liked the pool, gym, good, big and comfortable bed .. It's an old hotel in need of some renovation. Poor breakfast
