Nice hotel and good service

It is my second time staying at this hotel, again we chose the pool villa. During the first time stay the aircon broke down in the middle of the night, we had to change rooms, it was not pleasant, but we thought that the hotel handled the situation well, and the next day they compensated us with very nice dinner. So we decided to come back this time. We arrived around 11am, but was told to wait for checkin till 2pm, so we took a walk came back at that time, but was told again one of the villas had to wait till 4pm. Apart from this, we like this hotel.
