Excellent Room but very bad service

We spent 4 days 3 nights and were extremely happy and glad that we picked the Pool Villa, the room was very good and modern. The breakfast was excellent, with friendlly staff.

The room service, was very bad, it took them almost two hours to fix our wifi problem. Further problems with power sockets took them almost another two hours and five calls to fix. Also when about to leave they tried to stiff us with 11 mins long distance phone call, that was made at 11.57, five minutes after we left our room!

The beach was rocky and mudddy.

Excellent hotel.. Service was prompt n efficient..
